Mjnna Guarantees returning the products within 3 days since receiving your request if you were unsatisfied with the products, though we do not have an exchange policy.

Mjnna will bear  shipping costs upon returning, and we have door to door service in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as for other countries, shipping costs will be paid to the client for the returned items.

Returning Terms:

1-    You have 3 days to decide whether the product is unsatisfactory and to contact us.

2-    None of the following items can be returned: electronic products (mobiles, computers, electronic tablets) that have been opened or used. Body suites (lingerie, tight clothing) , night wear, swimming suites, jewelry, accessories, computer programs, music albums, books,  cosmetics, or perfumes; or when the vendor’s notes are clear  about inability of returning the products after selling.

3-    Products that have been returned must be unused, with the original package, we cannot return used products or any product that has been manipulated (like damaged or washed or changed in any way).

4-    We cannot return the products without its serial numbers, price tags, or posters.

5-    We cannot return fragile or hygiene products.

6-    The product must be returned by the same conditions when received with its package.

7-    In case you receive a product that does not work properly/damaged, or if the product you received is not what you ordered, you can return the product by its same condition and original packaging. When we receive it, we will check it, if it turned out to be any damage or flaw or defect, we will start the process of refund immediately, for both product price and shipping and delivery costs.

8-    In case of purchasing different products in one shipping way bill, the returning will be for free only once for every way bill.

Returning Procedures:

1-    The returning process must be done by submitting return request in the website or the application.

2-    The request will be studied within 24 hours to be approved.

3-    All returned items must be as received, with original posters and packaging.

4-    Printing approval paper that is available after submitting the request and pasting it on the package.

5-    You deliver it to the shipping company or its agent (from door to door).

6-    The amount of money will be returned to your bank account within 15 working days after receiving the request and being approved, in case of cash payment or any electronic means “credit card, etc.”
